Digitech Solo XT or Boss RC-3 looper?

I'm leaning towards the Digitech - I know it has less storage time than the Boss, and I don't know if I'll even need the extra time, but that can be changed with a MSD card. The Solo XT costs $50 less than the Boss, and a 8GB card is $18 more, but still will cost $32 less than the Boss.

Any insight will be helpful - thanks guys.

I dropped both and went for the TC Ditto x2. I find it much easier to use, it sounds better than either and I love the functionality of having the second button.

I have never been so happy with a looper in my life.

^ Have you used both before? And thanks - I'll check it out. I'm not set on anything yet - still looking.

Yes - I have owned both. And for me the Ditto is a better looper. But let's be clear - I lay loops down live and don't need too much access to previously stored ones. The x2 can store loops etc but for that it isn't as convenient as either the RC-3 or the Solo XT. So our needs may be different. I don't like the one button looper thing anymore since moving to the x2. It is just so much easier to have a dedicated stop/erase button.
