Marshall 3530 Jubilee and an Acoustic 220. Just listen to Nomeansno. Also, the Traynor that Bob Weston used. I forgot the name but they make a preamp called the Rust box which is based off of it.

My current rehearsal amp. Washburn solid state combo played at pretty much full. A few times i have attempted to turn the distortion off for cleaner songs and realised that the distortion wasn't on.

Headroom would have made it a very different amp - i like that it's being driven to the limit.

As to dirty unusable. The 'distortion' control on a fender super twin. How to make your amp sound like it has a torn speaker.

I did half a Midwest, southeast tour with a 100w crate 1x15 combo that would throw some killer distortion above 6 on the volume and then cut out at about 8. it was total garbage but so was my band so it all worked out.

The Meat Smoke is the dirtiest, but the tone is thin and weak.

The Simms Watts, on the other hand, sounds like giants climbing mountains.

This nasty beast. Early '70's B-25B. This one could bark. Inside it was a shelf shaker. Big clubs or outside, the twin 15's could move some air. Seriously, would you give that youngster that earth mover? I worked for two months and paid $350 for it, much to my neighbor's dismay. It was an amp that could hold it's own against a pair of Marshall's. Standing in front of it could dislodge fillings. You could smell the heat coming off the tubes. Jesus, I miss that puppy.

You tube videos are a terrible way to portray thickness and depth. As someone who has played both of these amps, I assure you, the Meatsmoke is by no means thin and weak.
The Simms-Watts is a fantastic sounding amp, but the OP asked about the dirtiest, filthiest. That honor most certainly goes to the Meatsmoke.

My MB Fusion gets extremely dirty. It starts overdriving at 11 o'clock on the gain knob and it only gets better from there

Showing my age here..Traynor Basssmaster YBA 50 with the EL34's in it. I miss that amp. Man she was real rock and roll for the soul. The Sunns that followed were pretty Grindy as well, but oh that Traynor.
