People think I'm attacking all the time, I'm not. I did attack the truck a little though.




Talkbass seems the same to me, maybe a tad more random, and the lobby gets a little more heated with the elections, but otherwise the same.



truman show? What was the the premise of that movie?

i'm still finding it entertaining. so far no one's killed me for being such a know it all - :p . No real fights for me, although i had a laugh when a younger tb'er chastized me for gushing about a particular amp. I hadda remind him that i bought it when he was 3 years old. Hopefully he didnt take it personally. Dont sweat it joe old boy. I bet the elections arent helping.


PS I dig things i can't live without.

interesting. Was it good? Did Truman have some great happy epiphany at the end or was it one of those that leaves you scratching your head and wondering what it was all about?

Awsome movie.


We analyzed it in English last year... Seriously, we would watch 5-15 second segments... and analyze. There is symbolism all over the place... Everyone would like it because it is a clean movie with a good story, and they would think they "get" it... but most wont pay attention enough to enjoy it for what it actually is. and yes, if you are as much attention as i did, your head ends up raw.

Yeah TB is definitely suffering... back in the day, I'd have taken the time to Photoshop an animated GIF with Winnie pelvic thrusting. Now I'm just too lazy and indifferent. Or maybe TB started going downhill *because* of that sort of thing. Gosh, I'm confused! ;)

So, quit whining Joe and tell us about the cool stuff you have going on! :D ;)

ahh... I just wanted some attention. thanks guys. :smug:

my good news. after many, many years of hard work and dedication, we've been picked up by a label. the new Nerve CD is going to be on Heyday records. we had to literally stop the presses (the CD was/is at the plant) to have the artwork redone with their label on it. we've been communicating with them since last December and they've been impressed enough to give us their seal of approval. I'm stoked.

also, about the myspace thing.... a fan of ours put that up for us, and i still don't know what i'm doing with it. i don't yet understand the whole myspace thing, but it looks pretty cool. if anyone wants to visit or become a friend (which I hear is important), the address is Link Removed . if anyone has any tips on how I can make the most of this please let me know. i hear it's great for promotional purposes. thanks.
