Ditched a pick, need help!

So I stopped using a pick a little while back, and I'm running into some trouble. Actually, I'm not really sure if it IS trouble, but it just looks somewhat awkward. I play with two fingers, but when I play, my ring finger and pinky stay curled halfway up, and kinda move with my middle finger when it moves. Is this a problem? If it is, how do I correct it?

Also, when I hit the string with my middle finger, it arches up, and doesn't really stay straight and as fluid as my pointer. Could my middle finger be too long, or is this just another issue/non-issue? Again - not sure if either of these are issues, or just something I'm being self-conscious about.

In my opinion, those are both non-issues. If it's comfortable and not hindering your playing, then it's fair game as far I'm concerned!

You just kinda described how Stanley Clarke's hand looks....
