If you already own a 3015LF and are looking for a BASS cab (as opposed to a pure PA cab) there is no reason to build anything but a fEarful 15sub. It really is that good. It's a box with a shelf port and some bracing.
For a pure PA speaker it's hard to beat one of BFM's Titan horn-loaded subs. Though a Titan is substantially more complicated to build than a fEarful. That said, either sub could be used for bass or PA with good effect, but each excells at it's intended usage beautifully.
