I'm afraid I have to +1 this ^^. I see nothing in that no treble article that excited me at all. Lakin probably has the exact same machines that produce the Lakland Skylines making his new basses.
If they are as lightweight and well made as the early Skylines, and with similarly great feeling necks, they will make a viable alternative to a Fender P or J.
So who owns the Lakland company now?
