And then you have a partscaster which is harder to sell and worth less money.I might consider a $300 refund. You can get a Warmoth neck for that.
I like partscasters and there's more to life than resale value. And then you have a partscaster which is harder to sell and worth less money.
There’s nothing wrong with partscasters IF you buy one on purpose. But to buy a Fender instrument at Fender prices and wind up with a partscaster doesn’t make sense to me. Also if he buys a neck and then it doesn’t work with the body for any reason, even just not liking the feel, there’s no returning it.I like partscasters and there's more to life than resale value.![]()
An option that makes sense indeed.I might consider a $300 refund. You can get a Warmoth neck for that.
Hi all, I recently bought this new fender player precision bass. It is made in 2021(I guess display model), came with a bowed neck, and a small ding(don't care that much).
If I tighten the truss rod all the way, it is kinda straight. They offered a 35 dollar partial refund. Should I accept it or fight for a better refund or return it. Thank you!
UPDATE: Asked for a 300 refund or return, they accepted the return

Who is the seller? They deserve to be outed.Lol, yea I thought it is BS too, I asked for return and they said they can offer a 35 refund lmao. I actually don't know how much does it cost to fix a wrapped neck
