Do you tip your tailor?

he said, "why? i have the change".
That is his pride. Yes tip, but give the thank you and appreciation before the money. Then when you give him more and say, "It's all yours, Thank you."
He will understand. It is different then other places that expect it or you are a **** if you do not.
I do this a lot, and if you do it the way you did to people not use to it, they are confused. You should tip anyone that you feel deserves it even if it is not a tradition,
it shows them you appreciate their craft.
