I'm a big acoustic bass guy and this thing was almost as nice as my Dean Exoticas, just not quite as versatile.Ibanez SRH500F Fretless Bass Guitar - Natural Browned Burst Flat

Thanks! I'm really just looking for a good acoustic tone. I play jazz, and it would be nice to have that sound in my playing. Did you happen to adjust the peizo pots? were they noticeable?I'm a big acoustic bass guy and this thing was almost as nice as my Dean Exoticas, just not quite as versatile.
Right strings, good tone fairly light, looks good, too.

The fretboard dots don't bother me. In fact completely forgot that they were there since the B string hides them so well. At least the way I hold and play it.I noodled around on one for about 15 minutes last week. Typical Ibanez feel and form, no complaints with the build quality at that price point.
One minor gripe about the fret board if I'm being picky: The side dots aligned with the fret lines, which I normally prefer, but the dots on the surface of the fret board were between the fret lines.
