Browsing their site I noticed that some items say "Firm" after the price. Which leads me to believe that prices that don't say "firm" are negotiable. Is this the case? Has anyone negotiated a price w/them before?

Does Basscentral.com "take offers?"

From my experience, Bass Central is open to serious offers. Get on the phone and have your wallet ready and see what happens.
I have bought a few basses from them. Call and ask for Beaver....he has always quoted me killer prices below what is posted without me having to ask. Great place to do business with.
I have made offers to them which they have accepted over the phone...but I haven't done it since about 2003 so maybe their policies have changed. It can't hurt to try.
My experience is when you call they are the first to offer you some sort of discounted price on certain items.
