You don't have to kick him out, if you don't let him in. Consider HOW he got to a place in life that he needs to ask and acquaintance for a place to live. Bad luck, bad breaks, bad decisions, etc. whatever it is, it's all yours if you let him move in.
Makes me happy I don't have a spare anything at my place, let alone a spare bed. Then I can be honest and say, "Sorry to hear that, but honestly I can't help you out."
Are you charging him rent?
The title of this thread made me think of how I met my wife.

Oh, brother man...:scowl:yeah he's paying rent, and has to have his first months rent before he moves in. Plus since he's my ride to and from practices it'll save on gas money... and I'm broke as hell so another person paying part of the bills will give me some money to put back for better equipment.
