Downsizing my GK rig

Hi,
I have a 1001RB-II + NEO 212 cab. Due to a spinal disc problem, I cant lift heavy weights anymore. I know my rig it´s light and portable, but the NEO 212 isn´t comfortable to lift in large stairs, not for my back.
I put the view on the GK MB combos, specially in the MB-210.
I´m planning to trade the 1001RB-II with the 350W combo. I´m far to need the huge potential of the 1001RB-II, dont´use the horn, don´t need the biamp feature, and don´t love too much buttons and knobs.
Keeping the NEO212 cab can reach the 500W in a 210+212 configuration. And if I´ll need more portability, I´ll trade the NEO212 for a MBE210 in a future. (210+210)
I´m in the right way ?
I´m sacrifizing too much tone ?
I like the tone that cut in the mix, bark, and even distorted tones (via Sansamp).
1975 Precision and Stingray are my main axes. For more than 100 people shows, we ussualy have PA support.

I´d read bunches of threads about MB combos, I´m confused, and impossible to make a face to face test of those models.

Please bring me some light in my way.

MB500 micro amp and a pair of 210's or 112's?

Amp fits in gig bag, doesn't count as an extra trip. 2 trips with small, narrower cabs rather than 1 large bulky one. The 210's can be stacked on end, tall, easy to hear, and has dispersion benefits too. Pair of 112's = a 212 like you use now.

Another option is little BFM Jack 10's or 12's. Little more bulk, but not heavy and LOUD. Clean speakers though. Distortion/effects have to be added up the chain, but they will reproduce those sounds. Pair of 110's be as loud as a pair of 210 regular speakers.

There´s no huge differences between 212 and 210 dimension and prize.
There´s only 3 lbs between MB-210 combo and MBE-210 cab, so, the included amp into the combo isn´t a problem.

If you're willing to go with a BFM cab, there's even lighter versions of the Jack - the Jack Lite. They might have the highest full range efficiency to weight ratio of any bass cab in the world.
