I love it.
The price for this quality is amazingly cheap I think.
I love the neck, it feels great, the 2 humbuckes give it a very powerfull tone. It is a very warm tone (wich you don't really hear with DT since Myung is using a lot of stuff over it)with good definition.
Lot of people consider it to be a bit heavy, but I personally like to feel some weight when I play a bass.

Just try it out yourself, my opinion about this bass doesn't have to be yours!

me too, i love "big" and "heavy" basses. i cant stand tiny little runts!

i know it doesnt, i just wanted some feed back since i have no way of playing it. i have one music store near me, but its 45 mins away and all they have is fenders and ibanezs thanks for the time and info

I really don't like DT, but I have to admit that Myung is an awesome bass player.
His other projects are much more interesting to me.

SIde dots???Uhm...I have no idea...and I am playing that bass everyday...weird...maybe I don't watch the side dots...I will check that for you!
And the neck is flat, but not to flat. It has a nice little rounding and it feels lovely.
And what I don't like about a lot of other 6 string basses is that they start narrow at the head stock and the more you reach the body, they become very wide..this one becomes just a little bit more wider, because of the tight string spacing.
The only thing I miss a bit on this bass is that the curve the lower horn has, could have been a bit deeper...I can reach the 24th frets, but it would have been a bit easier if they horncurve was a bit deeper.

by the way, side dots are the dots you see if you look at the neck from the side instead of from the front.
