That is one good looking unit. Can't wait to play it in a couple weeks.

Seems that way, when the distortion is on. Which makes sense, because that's dUg's tone. When distortion is off, there doesn't seem to be a mid scoop.

I lucked out and found one of these beauties last night in Canada. A rare find indeed. Owned by Devin Townsend of "Trapping Young Lad". It sounds incredible. Not sure why Tech 21 does not offer them anymore. The pedal has nothing on this amp.

No sir, but I've seen King's X in a 700 seat club twice. He used 4 SVT810's, two SVT's, and two Fender Dual Showmans...all on in a 700 seat club. Yes, it was puke inducing, but great shows anyway

You're a lucky man. Kings X used to come to Vancouver Canada. Just love Dug and his tone. He's very particular and spent most his career fighting to get his tone heard. I have a SVT VR into a SVT610 which I love. This might be something I can take to smaller gigs.

It's 1000 watts. What are your larger gigs?
