So far so good ... Been using them for the last year. About this time last year I aquired a new to me P style bass with DR strings on it, instead of changing them to my usual TI flats I kept them on for a couple of gigs until they kinda lost their sound. My bass tech had just switched to the Dunlops himself and recommended them, so I thought sure why not, I haven't used rounds in years but at $17.99 a set it seemed like a cheap experiment. Well I can tell you it has been a revelation, TI flex with a strong fundamental, growly mids and a clean top end. They are lasting well for me and are still sounding great as they age. The end result I'm still using TI flats on 4 of my basses and the other 4 are now strung with the Dunlop NSBs and this from a guy who never thought I would use rounds again,
