Dunwich influence
The tone section was approached a different way then most. We feel when adding an OD to your amp you're not looking to alter your amps tone but kick it into high gear. So we went with a 906hz Slider type designed by Nick at Dunwhich on a pot we're calling the Depth knob. It starts at noon, that setting is O, your amp's natural tone. Pushing it adds more low end and heft while rolling it back cuts the mids and adds tightness and aggression for Thrash and Death Metal riffs. Use the Depth to cut the flub from a Boogie Rect. or add more Depth to your 5150 for more punishing riffs!

ODB->Witchfinder is another winning combination. So far every fuzz I've tried with the ODB has worked great!
Very thankful that you haven't fully hung up your soldering iron. Whilst I am sure your family appreciates you putting your skills mostly towards mortgage paying endeavors the bass community thirsts for your designs.
Be that as it may, $400 for a distortion pedal is a lot. And that's coming from a guy with a penchant for gucci drives.
In this particular case I think people might see it as a collectors item. Reverb over prices Dunwich pedals a lot. But if the market wouldn't support it, they wouldn't do it....
Nick made the initial run of Tyrants and SNK made a second run of approx. 120 of them.
Yeah. It was with the band Nails. Original 30 sold out in seconds as I understand it. It's a super awesomely voiced HM2. You can get there w the modded HM2 but the tyrant is just 4 knobs and easier to dial in.
Dang...I woulda bought that is I had been aware of this in timely fashion.
Regarding Nick influenced designs, I'm still rocking a Parbellum v1 on my doomtronica board, and the Witchfinder is in rotation in the fuzz slot.
