Eastwood Airline Map Bass

I'm thinking of picking one of these up, specifically because they are short scale.

Has anybody played one of these? What are your thoughts? Worth the price?
I considered buying one of the seafoam green Map basses years ago, so I made a beeline to their booth at NAMM when these were first released. As soon as I picked it up I was done - the weight was a deal breaker. That instantly cured that bout of GAS.

Hi there. Yep, I had one. They are put together really nicely, great tone, but surprisingly heavy for a semi hollow short scale. The weight is the reason I sold it.
