Ebay Scam?

I came across two basses that end soon and do not have end bids and I thought, it must be some kind of scam. I realized the seller is the same, but the emails are different. Then when I looked at his other items, they are all at 299! Is this some kind of scam?

I will say it looks weird. Free shipping offered, but no bids. And he's in the UK. He has lots of stuff listed, and everything I saw was at $299.

I can't figure out why he has a Ric 4003 for $299 and no bids.
