Ebay Scammer gets her due!

Yeah, and a judge IMHO should be impartial and represent the law. If you represent the law, you dont give personal opinions period. That's what it means to be impartial.

My assumptions do not apply to everyone, fair enough. They apply to me, I'm giving a bit too much credit to people there ;)

She didn't rule on her opinions. She just informed her of her opinions, and ruled on the case at hand. Numerous judges do that, and it's not outside of their bounds to do so.

It's her own fault, if it says photo only, that's what you're gonna get!

Peoples stupidity and the fact that they don't pay attention, should not be taken out on the seller.

I remember a lot of people were selling "link to an x-box for $40" and getting £200+ for them. Not the sellers fault.

It is because its the seller's ethics that are judged here. The seller posted those ads knowing she was scamming people, and made herself a backdoor by putting a line saying "auction for picture only" or something.

So you're saying they should read the whole thing before responding, eh? ;)

Is that really her myspace page?
Probably.

Someone pointed it out in a digg comment. People call her "Kelli" on that page and she has three kids. I'd wager that the other specs check out. It was probably linked to by someone who knew it was her. Her last name isn't on the page so someone probably wouldn't have been able to find it just by doing a search.

It doesn't appear that she's logged in since 2005 though.

Yeah thats exactly my thought actually ;)

That's the thing, because she's on TV she knows by being on the publics side and acting how the public would like to, she'll be doing wonders for her ratings and more money for her self, she may be a judge, but that wont stop her trying to make a few extra dollars a month, by doing an un-just case or two. The public will be too dumb to notice it in general, and she'll get away with it because of that.
