I would love white as well.Nice to see this club growing. White seems to be the least popular finish. If I was buying , that would be my first or 2nd choice.
Welcome to the club. Beautiful bass!View attachment 5428700 I’m in! Absolute beast of a bass I love it!
I keep my neck almost dead straight. I like from E 6/64 to G 5/64 measuring at the 17th fretHow are yours setup string height, and neck relief wise? just curious.

Excited to see what you get. Please post pics when it arrivesThx for responding I just ordered retro from sweetwater !
Was it hard setting up the bass ?? I had one and sent it back cause when I tried tighten bullet truss rod it was extremely tight brand new . Also when I lower bridge saddles the don’t go down all way . It’s definitely not easy set up these basses . It was beautiful bass thou just difficult lower actionHi Fellow Retro 70's owners. I am actually still reeling from playing mine this morning. I'm amazed and impressed with the quality, tone and play-ability on these. I put some Dogal Stranded Core Flats on mine and I have found one of the best combinations of String/bass I've ever experienced.
Mine is only 8.6 LB and I am so happy to have it. I really like the Black ones but mine is a Natural Heritage (Vault only Model). If I ever have the chance to get a Black one, I will try like heck to make it happen!
Here's some Pics of mine:

It was simple. The relief was almost spot on. I tightened the bullet a 1/4 Turn w/strings loose and pulling pack on the Head-stock. That took very little force to move it.Was it hard setting up the bass ?? I had one and sent it back cause when I tried tighten bullet truss rod it was extremely tight brand new . I love the micro tilt feature. Not sure why they got rid of it. Every Stingray I have ever owned had shims in the neck pocket from factory.I've currently got mine set up with .10mm relief, 2.25mm on the E and about 1.75mm on the g. had to use the micro tilt to get them there. however I do get a little bit of buzz on the 4th and 5th fret on the e and a so I might go up a bit.
