Im on my way to GC Atlanta to check out the Darkray. I just shipped my 2006 HH yesterday to it's new owner and already can't stand not having a Ray. I really enjoyed the HH and was looking to get another but also really like the concept of the Darkray but it's only in H configuration. we'll see if I gel with the H or if I'll be ordering an HH special. Either way NSRD coming soon.

I'm actually trading in my alpha Omega 900 so I'm very aware of what the drives sound like with a ray. And it's very very good.

I'm simplifying my gear too and this is all the drive I would need or want. The two drives at low gain still have a great clean tone that can stand out a little more in the mix.

I just got a mono case this last week, because I was tired of lugging that incredibly secure case to and from gigs. I used it for the first time tonight. A stingray on my back and pedal board in my hand... It was glorious

These are on the headstock because they put the Darkglass logo on the neck plate. It’s a special edition thing.
