EBS Multicomp Power Adapter

And yeah, check the side of the multicomp - it should also indicate centre negative.

My manual must be old. I notice that my Sansamp looks a little different than the newer ones. I guess that solves one problem.. Nothing about polarity on the side of my Multicomp from what I remember, though the same adapter I use for my Sansamp works for my Multicomp, if that means anything.. So, as far as I gather, I shouldn't use a daisy chain with my multicomp, as it should be on its own... I'm running out of space, and wondering what I can daisy chain in order to save space... I also own a Q-Tron, but I'm sure that has to be on its own, from what I remember, and a EHX BMS. Could/should that be daisy-chained with the Sansamp, or am I just overall screwed in terms of space?

No it's not, because I assume an adapter is not always attached to a powersource - for example if you carry your pedalboard to a gig. If you had a battery installed it would drain battery in the "carrying time" if something's plugged into the input jack.

That would be true if there is nothing plugged into the pedal's individual DC jack; it would not be true if there is a DC cable plugged into the pedal, regardless of whether it's plugged into the wall.

Either way it's weak because the "carrying time" is usually not long enough to drain the battery to where it would be a concern to anyone, even if yes technically it is draining.

I agree - you're right. The DC jack has also got a switch which disconnects the battery if something's plugged in.
Sorry for confusion.

I try not to think about it.
Amen!

Whether the daisy chain is connected to a power source or not is irrelevant - the important thing is whether it's plugged into the socket on a pedal or not. The switch that disconnects the battery is purely mechanical.

It means everything! Daisy chain will work between those two pedals, no question about it.

...EHX BMS. Could/should that be daisy-chained with the Sansamp...
The old style BMS? No - they are 24V.
