Ok heres the deal, i can either get an Eden XLT 2x10 and 1x15, or get an ampeg SVT 2x10 and 1x15. Which would u guys go for? As u may (or may not know) my ideal tone is that beautiful tone of Thursdays bassist back on Full Collapse. I know he used amepgs and a warwick, but im looking for the better deal overall that can get me a tone very similar to his.

Eden vs. Ampeg

I'm reasonably sure he used the sealed 810 cab so neither of those two set ups will be exact. I'd probably go with the Eden even though I'm generally a pretty devout Ampeg fan. Ampeg's 210 and 115 are really some of the more blah products they make (to my ears).
That one would be a closer call for me... I'd go listen to the two with your amp and your bass, then decide.
wow... I thought there were 2 Ampeg 410he's in every GC ever built. 
I had one for a while, and like the cab, but I wasn't playing a 5er at the time so I can't speak reasonably to that point. It's only an 8 Ohm cab, so that may be worth considering depending on your amp. Another cab to think about would be the 410HLF... 4 Ohms and no fear of lacking low end there. I only sold mine as it got kind of woofy when I went back to an all tube head. Great cab IMHO.

The HLF is part of the SVT line... It's a lower tuned and ported 410. It's built to have a lower freq response than the HE (both have the same speakers).
...but as far as "handling better"... you're now involved in the "sealed vs. ported" argument... there's really no absolute.
I like the sealed cabs better with my amps and basses. You may or may not. If you're after the Ampeg sound and only want a 410, and to cover the low end more than an HE, it's a great cab to look at, but certainly not the only answer.

what head or preamp/poweramp will you be using? i used an eden metro (d210xlt, with an eden head attached, basically) with a d115xlt cabinet as an extension, and that combo just killed...it sounded really great, and it could get really close to an ampeg sound...to my ears, it's not an 'ampeg' unless it's an SVT and an 810, anyway...i would go with the eden
If you want a cleaner tone with tons of low end oomph, the PR410hlf from Ampeg is the way to go. You get the Ampeg tone with a cleaner vibe. Tha cab is loud and will handle your low end with no problems.
On the other hand......
The SVT 410hlf does low end and high end much better than the 810e and will sound looser thatn the 810e. The mids will be cleaner and more natural sounding on the 410hlf, the highs will be higher and much clear and the low end will be dramitcally increased. The 810e has a tight punchy, bassy tone to it and you will loose some of that with the 410hlf. I traded my 810e in for 2 410hlf's - glad I did. I play a 5 and I wanted my cabs to put out a greater range of sound, but still have that vintage Ampeg vibe to it - 410hlf does that. I can mess with the tone knobs on my SVT 2 PRO and get the 410hlf to sound very similar to the 810e - not exact, but close.
Eden is a entirely different world of tone. Mainly clean and phat sounding - emphasizes the tone of your bass mainly. Ampeg gives you that rockin' sound right away.

I speak from experience, the 410HLF handles the low B just fine. I also use just a BXT-210m for rehearsal and smaller rooms and it too handles the Low B just fine.
I'd GO with a d210 xst or a d212xlt,then you really wouldnt need a 115,but only if you want to,i have the eden d210xlt a great cabinet,and i have two d112xlts ,those little guys are FANTASTIC,but the d210xst will give you more botton than you want,or need,no 15 needed,then you can go with another eden 210 or 212 or 112 cabinet too ,more options,but the 210 xst will handle most of you needs,that just me,an EDEN user
