yeah lots of dead air in there, I'm actually glad the deal fell through for me now that I have a Shuttle 9.0 and F-1 I'm good to go.

Wow that's pretty wild and unexpected. The Navigator has a THAT4301 chip on the inside. Guess that means it uses the same compression circuit as the WT405 and WT1205, except of course for the added ratio control knob.

I know that Chinese manufacture has a mostly deserved terrible reputation, but I think that is largely driven by profit margin decisions made by the Western corporate puppet masters that engage the Chinese manufacturers. When they are requested, they can make some decent products. I think they are going through what we experienced with Japan in the 60s, where Japanese manufacture was pretty much synonymous with cheap crap. These days, Japanese means relatively high quality.

So, I'm not surprised that there are some good chips in there and that the build level is decent. I like my Navigator! Would I rather it was made in the US? Sure. It seems insane to have to ship it all this way, when it's an American design and brand.

Ooba Dooba! My $199.99 Navigator arrived today.

I flew under the radar, slipped through the cracks, dodged a bullet [insert lame metaphor here]. Never got a cancellation notice.
I got the notice it shipped after I received it.

Assembled in China. Oddly, no user manual came in the box, although it is obviously new.

With the Peavey IPR 3000 in my rack, my speakers fear me.

Mine had everything that you got, but it didn't come with a user manual. Kinda weird, but i'm gonna print this one i guess.
