Effectchains/boss ls2/phaseswitch

Hi,

I'm getting a Swollen Pickle and a MXR 288 Octaver and maybe a Boss LS2. So my question is about the effect chains. Do they work this way?

I was thinking about running my effects like this:

Bass
Tuner tu3
Boss LS2:
Loop A: MXR Octaver --> Exar Moby Dick Chorus --> Boss DD20
Loop B: (EHX Nano lpb1-->) Catalinbread SFT -->WayHuge Swollen Pickle
AMP

So i have a "Octaver/chorus/delay" chain, (which sucks much bass because of the dd 20), a "Gain" chain and a bypass straight to the amp.

I'm planning to use the ls2 mainly to switch between the loops and the bypass. But i would also like to mix A and B and A or B and Bypass from time to time. So i read that the Catalinbread SFT does a phaseswitch, which leads to worse sound if i understood correctly. So is it possible to get an EHX nano lpb1 which does the phaseswitch too, so it will "correct" the one off the SFT. But will this only work if both of them are on or is it sufficient that they are just in the same effect chain.
Does the phaseswitch only appear when mixing the A and B /// A or B and bypass but not in the normal loop without mixing?

So what do you think about my plan, do you have any better alternatives/recommendations or will this work out like i want it to?
