This is what happens when you try to get the middle school kids to entertain the elementary school. I love the shots panning over the poor bored confused audience.

Big surprise, the bass player is the only one who practiced.

Re the title though...elementary kids DO love metal. my wife does school visits with her acoustic guitar to promote her library's summer reading program. She has a folksy summer reading song she sings and gets the kids to join in on the chorus. Then she asks them if they want to "rock it out" and everyone screams and jumps around. She has seven-year-olds flashing her metal hands all the time now.
