I use elixir steels.
I wouldn’t mind trying the stainless strings, but they’re expensive
Aren't the Nickel & Stainless the same price?
I believe so. Just saying that Elixirs are too expensive to experiment with.
But they last ten times longer than other strings while only being about 50% more expensive. That makes them much cheaper in the long run.

$43 for a 5 string set is too big a gamble?
I've heard some people say some bad stuff about them. Elixir strings apparently last very long, but it seems almost too good to be true. I just need bright rounds that last long.
So, pros, cons, are they any good?
