EMG 40 TW output differance help!

I'm having the same problem. After doing some research, I saw that the Emg89 pickups had the same problem to equalize the outputs of Emg89.

Emg company shared a drawing in 2001. I sent an e-mail to Emg and asked for help for 40tw. They confirmed that this problem can be solved with 1/4 watt 10K and 15K resistors, just like the Emg89 series pickups. I'm adding the drawing I found and the response from the company below.

'My name is Alison; I work in customer service here at EMG Pickups. That diagram will work for the TW’s as well, your only issue is that the diagram only works with hardwiring, EMG doesn’t make anything solderless that does this.'
