There are some good alternatives well within your budget.
Dayton PA380-8: tune to 45 Hz - nearly flat (hifi) bass response. -3 db @ 48 Hz.
Eminence CB158: tune to 55Hz - mild upper bass peaking for a rich but not boomy tone. -3db @63 Hz
Eminence Beta 15A: sealed (no ports) - similar to the CB158, but notes a little better defined (sealed box tone), -3 db @ 58 Hz
The CA154 is a fine driver, but needs more box volume to avoid excessive mid-upper bass peaking.
IMO, for great blues tone I would go with the Beta 15a. OTOH, you won't go wrong with any of these.
