Enter the Void

One of the things about it right from the beginning, there's this sense of a musical background ambience to the sounds. It's presence kind of ebbs and flows into the foreground in parts and it creates a crazy tension. It reminds me of acts like The Orb or Pink Floyd. Crazy thing is how he mixes it with the background noises that are native to Tokyo. If you've been there you instantly recognize it. It also has a musical background because of the constant chatter or media like digital displays, storefronts with P.A.'s, and other kinds of musically-themed advertising onslaughts. It's evident when he's tripping on DMT, or especially when he's walking down the stairs from his apartment and up the stair to the Void. It worked well with the first person perspective cinematography. It really starts to take off when he dies.

If thats the most insane flick you have ever seen u clearly havent lived much of a life. It might pay to put your computer and guitar down and go do something more constructive. No offence intended.

How does putting the computer and guitar down to see a movie = constructive? You make no sense.

I looked at the Wikipedia synopsis and that seems like quite a strange movie.

1. I didn't say 'ever seen' I said in the last 10 years - and I might have been exaggerating.
2. I'm not lifting my computer and I don't play guitar.
3. It's 'you' or 'u', get 'off the fence' (give it a moment you'll see what I did there) and make a decision already. You can't use both. Especially in the same sentence.
4. It's offense. (In case you didn't see what I did there) None taken.
5. STFU - no offense.

:D

You forgot to warmly welcome him to TB. :D

Well I liked the first part with the opening first person shots. And it is definitely a good look into the night life of the streets in Tokyo. I swear that city never stops glowing.
