Envelpoe Filters, any new developments?

Not to derail but how is the Photron? I've never heard anyone talk about how it sounds on bass. I've always been a fan of Robot Factory pedals but they are harder to find than an albino unicorn and almost NEVER show up on eBay.

TBer Proton Lenny used to have a custom Photron that he got a lot of mileage out of. If you check out old YouTube videos of his band, any of the filter sounds are done with the Photron, often along with the Moog MP201 as well as fuzzes, octaver, delays etc.

We were talking about how you want to order a Funkzilla and send it to me!

Right! Man, I laughed so hard I could've choked, but luckily I wasn't drinking at the time.

Pffft! I see Albino Unicorns all the time on eBay. Where'd that dagnabbit drink go? Need a refill...

Looking forward to Dharmashawn's review of the Funkzilla, and more on the Photron.

Great name for a band, "Albino Unicorns"...

The photron is insane! Days and days of frustration that ended with sweet synth bliss. I shalt not lie, I almost gave up. Really happy I still have it. Like I have said before, I lean towards a more Funk filter, but this thing is CraZy. Pairs well with the Sub-t and the dirty fuzz.

That was SICK!!! Good stuff, right there

Part two of the prototype stage.

This is not the finished product at all.

I am sorry dude but there is NO WAY that you can say that this thread is not preadvertising.

In the very least you should be a supporting member if you are going to use the site for your own personal gain. Say all you want about research, but let's get real.

And yes I will probably buy your filter when it comes out. It looks pretty darn cool.

Officer this pedal is not on the market and when it does come to market I will then take the appropriate steps within the guide lines of talkbass in regards to manufacturer and potential consumer.

There are many members here who discuss their do it yourself effect pedals.

And thanks for the interest in the possibility of owning one when it does come to market.

You probably don't want to give too much away, Jauqo, but is one of those switches for phase inversion, because one of the knobs is for blend (I hope)? That would be sweet, because most of the filter pedals I've tried that have blend knobs tend to have those spots (usually around 12:00) where the blend gets all wishy-washy and out of phase, depending on where the other controls are set.

Hey, my username is "FilterFunk"; I had to ask! :D

I think they're now made by this company, or something like that.

I want me one!
Please correct me if I'm just spouting nonsense. :)

I can't say much but there is no phase inversion switches on it.

Audio samples Jauqo?

Anyone know of an envelope follower with CV outs?

I would love to control synth filters with an envelope follower. I want to run my bass through my synths. If an envelope follower of instrument signals had a CV out to control cutoff and a gate out to activate a synths envelops that would be stellar!!! If someone could introduce me to that I would be forever thankful.
