I use the Tonebone into a Markbass LMII. I just picked up the tonebone and never heard this noise before I started to use it. So maybe if I back off the gain on the tonebone or from the LMII this could be corrected. I did make sure I was not clipping at all. But, maybe when I was digging in on the B it was clipping and I didn't notice until I heard the noise.![]()
That would be my guess. I would back off the input volume of the tonebone, and make sure that the LMII input clip light is not lighting up when you dig in. My guess is that it's the tonebone input set too hot. Let us know. Also, do an A/B at the same volume setting with and without the tonebone.
