I know everyone hears things differently but I actually hear more low end in the 310UL at low to medium volume.MacGroove said:Simply, the UL310 has great definition and punch, the UL410 has more low end and will cut through anything. As Kjung and I refer to it as 'Our do it all cab'.

I like the way you think.Joelc73 said:I know everyone hears things differently but I actually hear more low end in the 310UL at low to medium volume.
They are both great cabs though. The 410 is actually much louder than what one additional driver would imply. I think two 310's would be my ideal choice! One for small medium gigs and two for mamoth stadium gigs....![]()

Baconator said:That's always the problem - you never know exactly how much shy you are of what you need. I'm reasonably certain the 310 would suit me for all of my needs, but as much as I like the idea of having a tombolusian arsenal to choose from, but if that didn't cost me my house it would definitely cost me my marriage.
What do you mean, "sound like a smart ass"anyonefortennis said:I hate to sound like a smart ass but that would be 10 pounds for roughly 78.54 sq in of speaker surface.

That said, I always had something for 3x10 cabs so that's where my vote goes.
I do.LarryR said:Anyone know the street price for both cabs?
. I'm still in a little bit of shock since I don't routinely blow that kind of cash, but I can't imagine I'll be disappointed.Baconator said:Ok, so I finally bit the bullet and ordered the UL410. Sooooo . . . . one last question - are there any important instructions for breaking it in?
