I thought I would ask here before starting a new thread. What case or quality gig bag are people using for their RumbleKat's? The gig bag that came with it is flimsy (store throw-in) and it is very tight in my Levy's bag.

I use a Mono with my Jack Casady; very well made, sturdy and supports the instrument well; has back pack straps as well as handle. The rumble Cat is similar to the JC, should fit!

A really nice bass in the two most stunning finishes!

Now that's a nice conversion. Looks great. With that short of a scale , does it play as easy as it looks ? Just wondering.

Sorry, I just saw our post...thanks and the answer to your question is yes.

In the meantime I made another Epiphone guitar to bass conversion, this time the donor guitar is an even less expensive Les Paul Special with P90s. The process was pretty much the same as with my Dot Studio conversion.

NED (New Epiphone Day)! 1999 Epiphone Ripper [not Grabber,the Grabber has a sliding p/u]. This takes my love for black and maple to a new level. Killer range of tones! Very different from the EB0. For one thing, it weighs 12 pounds! All that maple, body and neck. Neck is like a baseball bat.
