Supposedly the bomb for bass. There are multiple videos on YouTube if you are curious.
Klark Teknik makes a fairly inexpensive clone: EQP-KT.
Warm Audio also makes clone: EQP-WA...it's a bit more expensive than the KT.
I believe some have tried to build a pedal that captures the performance as well.
No first stand experience that I know of. Although I have done some studio time, so who knows.

The Boost and Attenuation are kinda weird to use both at the same time, but it's interesting to read about this.
I'm an Engineer so I'm looking for something interesting to build that is not so common and at the same time that is useful for bass.Sorry if I missed it, but I think you need to define if you’re looking for “cool” from a musician/user perspective or from an engineering/designer perspective.

I agree, there is no innovation in the EQ pedal world that's why I'm looking for something out of the ordinary.
