I have a chance to buy one of these two basses and I cannot find much information on the 304. I know the EC300 series was discontinued in favor of the EC400 series. The price difference is $300 for the EC304 and $500 for the EC404. If the EC400 is just a newer version of the EC300 line, why would there be such a big difference in price?
