Double Bass EUB that feels close to a real upright

Is it possible on MK bass to adjust strings high level?

Yes, and it is really easy. There are two allen wrench screws on the back that adjust the bridge plate up and down with the included wrench. It even has it's own place in the MK gig bag.

My MK came with really low action and I adjusted it to be about the same height as my acoustic DB. I try to maintain the same level string attack so that I am able to switch between my MK and my DB without disadvantage.

One problem with EUBs that never could really be fixed is that the mass of the instrument is much closer to the center axis (fingerboard to end pin) than the mass on an acoustic double bass. So the EUB turns around that axis much easier/quicker than an acoustic double bass. A body support helps to avoid that unwanted spinning of the instrument, but a lot of them are only there to keep the distance, not to press into the players body at the same place and in the same way as the upper bout of an acoustic double bass does.
So if you loose contact with the body support of an EUB, the EUB may spin away rather quickly where the double bass stays in place a lot longer. This is less on a hollow body EUB, but can still happen.

I have found that my Yamaha SLB 200 does not spin or turn when I'm playing it because the "wings" that simulate the upper bout work perfectly for me and I can lean into the bass just as I do with my DB.I had a Stagg that was hard to play because of the way the extensions fit me but have played an Eminence and found no problem, but it has a different kind of endpin.
I also put a silicone "sticky pad"(About 5"x8") on the support wing of the Yamaha and that means it is not slippery and keeps the instrument in place, it made a huge difference.

That is the proof that a support is important and it should not slip. Wrapping something sticky around the support where it meets the body is a good help. I put two layers of rubber foam around the Clevinger support (both tubes for bicycles, one spiral cut for the inner layer with a smaller diameter and one around that inner layer. Sticks rather well and almost no rotation of the foam around the support.
But it does not really feel like the upper bout of a DB. The Stagg is even worse, because the support bends and the rubber coating is too slippery (but not slippery enough on the other side to mimic the upper end of the body of a DB). And it feels a lot different because the support is too low compared to the DB bout, which is due to the construction of the instrument.
