Ever Get Bored With TB?

says the guys who has been here a year!

I personally got bored of it and only ever check out the OT section, the other forums are just an endless remix of "P vs J", "ricks and gibsons suck!", "tube VS solid state amps", and the good old "what is the best bass for metal?"

The original post was a sarcastic remark at how his post count rising .01 posts per day has made him bored, I responded with the same type of sarcastic remark about my post count being all the way up at 2.31 posts per day, get what I meant? :D:D:D

Yes - more, and more frequently. There's only so many times one can get involved in the "does wood matter" threads or "which bass for [fill in blank]" threads. After responding to the same questions so many times - one can just copy-n-paste from earlier posts saved on word docs.

A lot of times in the OT - there just aren't any threads I'm interested in, and the ones I am are often controversial that turn rather nasty, and I don't want to fight with anyone here.

But I know I'll get involved with them again, and again, and again. ;)

Yeah. I tend to stay out of the arguments, unless you're the OP of the "Why reply before the quote?" thread. That person had it out for me, I feel.

Yeah, I check TB like it's an addiction... well, it is. I think that contributes to me being bored with it, because nothing changes when you're always checking. I need a good break from TB and the internet all together. I spend all my time going between TB and Facebook.
