Don't know, but I think if you look in the members list a temp ban will show them with banned banner. He doesn't show at all.

Search the exact member name. In this case use the underscore as space holders.

Here's a hypothetical: A person sits at a bus stop with no pants, talking nonsense to anyone who passes by. First person walks by, notices the oddity. Second person walks by, same thing. This happens many times. Are these individuals in a collective gang because they all noticed the silly man and may have muttered something snide? Or are they just normal people reacting normally to someone acting weird?
