Pedal in the top of the image seems to be the new one. What about the one in the middle? The cv jacks are connected with other devices it seems (so no bigger patchbay like I initially thought). What could it be?

could you possibly post a link to the post, where the photo sits?
Is it the employees act. who designed this pedal?( in case it was just one) :)

Unfortunately the story is not up anymore on instagram, the nickname is simone_provencher_ . They work for fc and they always post images of pedals before they come out. Until now everything new and not labeled they posted has been from fc, that's why as soon as they post a new pedal image I post it here 😁

Long-time Barbershop fan checking in with first impressions of my new ~900. Given how much I adore my Barbershop, I should've known I'd love this thing. It's the dirt pedal that I wished every other dirt pedal I've tried was.

None of the demo videos I saw did justice to the breadth and depth of the controls. You can really get a sense of it when you put it in front of a comp/limiter (just so you don't have to mess around with constantly balancing the output volume) and sweep through the bias and fuzz knobs. It does spitty, it does gated, it does light drive, it does subtle saturation, it does balls-to-the-wall fuzz. For me, it's the perfect yin to the Barbershop's yang.

If there's any interest, maybe I can record a little demo in a week or so. I've got to take some time to really dial in settings combos for various purposes.

Well, third time's the charm. I'm now the proud owner of a Fairfield Accountant for a third time, after buying and foolishly selling it twice before. Sure, it's a little bit hissy. But the funk that it brings to the table just cannot be denied. It may not be for everyone. (Though I'd argue with the settings at "0" and "0", respectively, it could be for just about anyone). But if it's what you're after, nothing else will scratch that itch.

Accountant is the truth. I mean, who needs flexibility when it sounds like it does?
