You have an intriguing herd there! Who made those basses? The third from the right, is that a full scale, 24 fret passive? And the one on the far right, does that have both the P and MM pickups in their sweet spots?

All of the basses are Stambaughs. The third from the right is active/passive with Nordstrand pickups and preamp. The bass on the far right has the P pickup in the normal position and the MM (Nordstrand BigMan) bumped about 1/16th of an inch back from the standard position.

I feel like I need to explain the couch. My wife likes retro furniture with "loud" patterns. We're in the process of updating the lower level of our 70's home into a 70's vibe. Anyway, here's the family as of tonight:

The Gibson I learned to play on, and 12 years my senior. My first bass.

The other Ernie Ball. Just because it's not a Special doesn't mean it's not special to me!

That's a great looking family photos but you shouldn't have painted the tree green for the last shot.
Ha, that one didn't make it outside for a shot. It's on the bench with no hardware as I plan out all of my upgrades. The Cirrus purists will have a cow, but tough.

Link to the project if anyone is interested

@Eon Sky, I see that you're in the PNW. By any chance did you get that Sunset Orange Jazz Bass from Bass Northwest? I consigned and sold one of those about.... 12 or 13 years ago through them.

(Cool couch, by the way.)
