Double Bass Favorite ballad?

I don't know if I have a favorite. Or my favorite is all of them. We've been playing a couple of Duke ballads a bunch lately, PORTRAIT OF THE BEAN and HAPPY REUNION, those are fun. We've had some fun with the Strayhorn ballads, WARM VALLEY, BALLAD OF THE VERY SAD AND VERY TIRED LOTUS EATERS and BLOOD COUNT. But pretty much any ballad is fun.

Although, since I've had to play it SO MANY TIMES on clubdates good and bad (and worse), generally if MISTY gets called it's a good time for me to catch up on my sleep...

At the moment, I'm listening to Dex play Ruby My Dear, so I can't imagine anything better. But there are others, including I Remember Clifford that come to mind.

@Carl Hillman Tough to beat that Nancy Wilson / Cannonball Adderly album and I named my dog Nancy (With the Laughing Face)
