@DistortedBass is one of the only bass channels I follow and does a fantastic job.
That one gets my vote...

Hm, really surprised nobody mentioned Adam Neely yet (unless I have missed that in the posts)!?! He is a bass player and while his YT channel is about much more than playing bass, he often comes back to his main instrument to demonstrate a point he is trying to make. Also, his older videos have all kinds of technique advice.

He doesn't do gear reviews and doesn't post covers (AFAIK), but he touches upon so many interesting topics related to making music, consuming music, understanding music and much more; I credit him for having re-kindled my love for music (and eventually for picking up the bass).

I second this. He has been doing the Youtube thing a long time and he is a great working bass player.

I really enjoy Scott's Bass Lessons. But it's a little weird that he took on a colleague who looks so much like him that you have to stare at every video a second to see which of them it is.

She got me into the EBMM sound and I ended up getting one because of it! Some of my bass covers on YouTube is from watching her videos.

I've been into Travis Dykes's playing as well. This is my favorite cover by him and I'm currently working on it now:

Pauli Petas, I particularly like the videos he does with his Rickenbacker. He gets the juiciest tone out of that bass.

Ivan is the best!. He seems to hit gear/topics right when I want to hear something about that. Ivan, you helped me decide which Mesa amp to get (D800+).
Hondo is a recent find - great reviews.
Brett Kingman mostly does guitar stuff, but some bass and some digital modeling stuff. Excellent reviews.
Julia is amazing and very engaging. Not always topics I am interested in but her fretting hand is mesmerizing.
I like the Andertons guys for Bass. Even the lame humor...guys I'd want to hang with.
And the Bass Channel, esp. Will. Good reviews, to the point, playing style like mine, varied techniques to demonstrate.
