Some of my favorites as a drummer myself include:

-Abe Laboriel Jr.
I would love to trade places with him.
He's pretty much exactly the drummer I want to be, because of
the way he plays and with whom he plays.

-Peter Erskine
I love the way he plays, but most of all,
I like his general attitude toward playing.

-John Bonham
One of my, and many others' influences for good reason.
I would say my playing most resembles his.
Power and finesse are two words I would use to describe him.

I just like to watch him.
He makes me smile. :)

And say what you want about Phil Rudd. Nobody makes drumming and smoking at the same time look cooler than he does!

Can't believe how many named Peter Criss! Even so-so musicians like Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons have implied Peter was below average (even when sober).
