In order .. the Nando's may say mild but don't let that fool you... it's not... I usually get mild or medium and can only use a little...can't imagine the hell fire their "hot" sauces must be. Really unique flavor but Cholulu is my daily go to

Love the stuff , makes for awesome hot wings but I cant eat it anymore
Developed an allergy to peppers , I cant even eat regular green peppers ( Stuffed peppers is my absolute favorite food ) I get sick as a dog to my stomach , haven't eaten wings in almost 10 years now

I used to use that stuff when I was a cook in a Chinese restaurant but I've never once seen it used as a condiment. Very interesting.

Haven't got a pic but Nandos extra extra hot is gorgeous. Strangely, the extra extra hot is a bit of a misnomer because the ordinary hot stuff just seems to be all scoville, wheras the extra extra is hot but also really fruity and flavoursome.

By "Hot Sauce", I'm going to go with any spicy, liquid condiment.

These are my two favorite, though most of the time I use Sriracha. Eggs, rice, burgers, subs, in certain soup.. I use it all the time. Hulu has a great documentary called Sriracha.

I'm surprised by the comments saying Sriracha isn't versitle. I've yet to find something it doesn't instantly make amazing. I put it on EVERYTHING!

Didn't say it wasn't versatile. I said it wasn't as versatile as Crystal. There are some dishes, especially traditional Southern food, that sriracha doesn't fit. If you want to go with a fusion style, that's fine and it works, but I don't see as being a classic soul food staple.

Ah man put some in a saucer with Sriracha and the peanuts I mentioned and dip your spring rolls in it.

I got this hot sauce about three years ago--a pack of four I believe. I'm about 1/3 through the first bottle. I LOVE spicy food and most people I know think I have an unholy affinity to the stuff. However, Dave's.... I can't even put it into words. One drop is too much on a Chipotle burrito. You need to use a toothpick to apply it.
