That's the one.By "Hot Sauce", I'm going to go with any spicy, liquid condiment.

Likewise. It used to be like that here, but recipes and availability in the UK have improved dramatically over recent years, especially with the arrival of the latest chilli varieties. Proper heat and taste. These are some in my 'rotation':
