I ordered some of that Arizona Red jalapeno
It's been a few years since I've had some, let me know if it's still up to snuff.

That Yellowbird stuff is legit, all of it. Way back in 2013 I went to work for a guy in Austin, Texas. When I flew down for the interview, he had me over for dinner and introduced me to that sauce, said it was from a local friend. I remember it being so good. Years later I saw it for sale at REI of all places.been using the tobasco sriracha, as well as the yellow bird habanero, not too exotic, but pretty darn good
I highly recommend. As you said, it's good and the spice level doesn't take over the dish.

Underwood Ranches Dragon Sriracha
If you know the story about the original, Huy Fong Sriracha and how they were forced to change their pepper supplier, which ultimately changed the flavor of their Sriracha, then you might understand that Underwood Farms was the original pepper supplier for them. Underwood Farms product tastes like Huy Fong's used to taste. It is superb, and is a staple condiment on my kitchen table.

Huh, I was not aware of that. It's been awhile since I had the Huy Fong sauce in my collection because after I ran out, I ended up with a different Sriracha sauce that I'm still using. It's not as good as Fongs, so I've been actually looking forward to getting that back in rotation.
I might try the Underwood version eventually, but until I judge for myself if the Fongs is way off point, I'll hold off on their offering.

This is awful. They make apparently spicier versions, but the first ingredient in this one is habanero mash. It should be spicy. It tastes like nothing.
Picked up some OG Fongs, it tastes fine to me. Still fantastic on a omelet and mixed with ketchup.
