"House"- great in both it's scoring as well as the songs selected to work within the episode - the later choices convey the mood on-screen *very* well.
"Burn Notice" - absolutely killer score, very fretless bass-heavy pieces of music as well as Miami-centric music.
"Battlestar Galactica" - by far, the hands-down best scored television show since "Twin Peaks". You can trace the expansion of the music from it's original "Loud Bangy Drums" nontraditional Sci-Fi score from the miniseries to inclusions of more orchestral parts over the seasons... and they've pulled it off in a live setting as well!...
"Roslin and Adama" Live at Grand Performances 6-13-2009

"Prelude to War" Live at Grand Performances 6-13-2009 - As some one YouTube aptly pointed out, this song is "The Imperial March" of BSG, and one of the huge action cues from the song.
"Kara Remembers/Heeding The Call/All Along The Watchtower" Live at Grand Performances 6-13-2009 w/ Katee Sackoff
- anyone who watched the show knows the "Watchtower" connection, and this is a performance of what the using of the song ultimately expanded and turned out to be. Simply amazing.

TV Theme songs, there's just too many good ones to mention. I love Seinfeld but thanks for killing the TV theme song as an art form Jerry...
For music during the show though, can't beat the Sopranos. The Stones tune at the end of the 2nd season is still amazing under those scenes.
