I own an fdeck, and I don't use it often, but I brought it out last night to help an accordion player at a gig I'm doing. He has a 40-year-old pickup, probably just some sort of small microphone, I'm guessing, that he had installed in his accordion back in the day, but we were getting lots of feedback.
The fdeck solved the problem. All it needed was a new battery since it had been sitting an drawer for a few years. I think mine is the II series, without the external power option.
Amplification is an original series AI head and a Series III Ten2-EX, both of which are mine and I've lent for this.
