Got a few more pics of the back being glued up for my 15/6/1. Hope to get the top glued on tonight and get to the duratex by the weekend, hopefully.

One month to the day after I started, my 15/6/1 is finally done. After a couple of days of testing, I mounted the grill last night. As I said earlier, this cab is all that and a bag of chips. If you get make the sound in your head come from your fingers, bass and amp, this cab will let the world hear it. It's loud, it's clear, it's articulate. It's a fEarful.

Thanks, guys. Can't wait to see yours, Bardley! Vols Orange is gonna look pretty sharp. What are you doing for a grill? Just a thought: Being that you're painting the baffle white, you can easily spray paint any type of metal grill white too. That would be sharp, IMO. Orange would be cool too, but finding a rattle can in Vols Orange might be difficult.

And a great way to index smoker's lung in the local watering holes too. And when the cabs get progressively yellow/brown you know it's time to pull them out of there and mark 'em up with some more cartage blemishes.

Spring-loaded cord reel
Mace (for those really tough gigs)
Pick holder
Cell phone/iPod charging dock
Tripod mount (for capturing the gig or ladies dancing)
Business card holder
Outlet wiring plug checker (gotta check house wiring first!)[/LIST]

Bardley: Your plan sounds great. Including the part about not working on the cab on your wife's birthday. It's difficult to hold a router with one broken hand anyway. Can wait to see the progess. Your design plan sounds really great.

Actually, I'm just finishing up a Invalid Link Removed... White 1212/6 with black grill and accessories. Just Duratexing it right now and will need another coat, but looking good so far!
